The fight between the Cleveland Browns and Pittsburgh Steelers is still fresh in everyone's minds.

It didn't help that the two teams met again in Week 13 just a few weeks after the fight occurred. It also did not help that Cleveland head coach Freddie Kitchens was seen wearing a “Pittsburgh Started It” shirt days before the matchup.

The Steelers got the last laugh, though, as they won the game and moved to 7-5 on the year, putting the Browns at 5-7.

According to Josh Alper of ProFootballTalk.com, Kitchens says the shirt does not think the shirt led to the loss.

This is relatively obvious. Yes, the shirt probably riled up the players a little bit, but that's it. Of course the Steelers did not need any more motivation. They were all still pretty hot about the fight. If anything, the shirt was probably chuckled at a little bit in the locker room.

That being said, it still wasn't the best move by Kitchens to wear the shirt in the first place. Sure, it was a gift from his daughter; however, you have to see that this can only end poorly. If the Browns won, it's not like anyone would've pointed to the shirt and said: “see.”

Instead, what happened is they lost. And now the Steelers get to laugh at that even more, make their own “Pittsburgh Finished It” motto and the Browns look that much worse off in the entire situation.

All that being said, the shirt still did not lead to a loss for the Browns. Their poor play did. No need to throw the blame on a poor shirt that didn't do anything to anyone.
