The Cleveland Browns remain primed to become one of the hottest teams in the entire league come next season. Thanks to finally encountering some cohesion and chemistry throughout the typically struggling organization, the Browns are not only looking to reach the postseason in 2019 but actually make a run toward a Super Bowl title.

As a result, first-year NFL head coach Freddie Kitchens isn't interested in revisiting last year's body of work when it comes to his Browns.

“We are not interested in revisiting last year at all. We were 7-8-1,” Kitchens recently told reporters, via NBC Sports' Pro Football Talk. “We didn’t do [anything] last year. We didn’t win anything. We were third in the division. I don’t know where all of this is coming from. Just because the Super Bowl is our goal does not mean that is where we are right now. We are a team just like the other 31 teams, and we are focused on training camp, OTAs, minicamp and getting better when those guys are back in the building.”

The Browns began to turn the corner last season en route to selecting soon-to-be second-year quarterback Baker Mayfield with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2018 NFL Draft. Not only that, but the Browns also added cornerback Denzel Ward, running back Nick Chubb and wide receiver Jarvis Landry to the mix last season.

Once again bolstering the roster, the Browns have since acquired All-Pro wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. from the New York Giants in addition to signing former Kansas City Chiefs running back Kareem Hunt.
