The Cleveland Browns made a splash with the blockbuster trade for former New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. this offseason. General manager John Dorsey is excited to see his new piece get acquainted in Cleveland.

Despite his talent, Beckham is also known as one of the most boisterous players in the NFL. According to Daryl Ruiter of 92.3 The Fan, Dorey does not see a problem with his passion.

“I know Odell is passionate, competitive and can help this football team. If you get a chance to acquire a guy like that, take a shot.”

It is encouraging to see that Dorsey is not looking for Beckham to dial back his passion. In fact, he seems to be embracing the fact that he is also one of the most passionate players in the league. The front office is hoping it will go a long way towards building a winning culture in Cleveland.

Although Beckham's antics may be considered a bit over the top at times, the Browns will never have to worry about a shortage of effort from him. His competitive nature will make him a seamless fit alongside quarterback Baker Mayfield. Cleveland managed to somewhat remove the losing culture in the locker room after a successful 2018 campaign. Expectations are now higher than ever with the arrival of Beckham.

There is good reason for all the hype. Mayfield will now have one of the most talented receiver duos in the league in Odell Beckham Jr. and Jarvis Landry. All eyes will be on the Browns come next season.
