Cleveland Browns defensive end Myles Garrett thinks Cam Newton looks a bit different than he did earlier in the regular season. Newton has been dealing with a shoulder injury as of late, and it's caused him to struggle with his accuracy over the past several games. While it's unknown whether or not Newton will eventually need surgery, it's clear that something is off.

And Garrett is one of the many people that's noticed the star quarterback's struggles, according to Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com.

“He doesn't look like he did at the beginning of this season and last year, so it might be biting at him, but we've got to play him like he's Super Cam,’’ said Garrett.

Garrett acknowledged that Newton’s four picks last week in a 24-17 loss to the Bucs were uncharacteristic. Heading into that game, he had only seven all season.

“We've got to take advantage of that,’’ said Garrett. “If he's going to give us some or he's going to throw some our way, we've got to make sure we give our offense good field position or maybe even score with it.”

Garrett and company certainly have the opportunity to take advantage of the struggling Panthers, who have lost four straight since starting the season at 6-2 overall.

Meanwhile, the Browns have shown signs of progress after some early season-struggles, with Gregg Williams' team now 4-7-1 on the year.

Following the matchup with the Panthers, Garrett and company will finish up the regular season with games against Denver, Cincinnati, and Baltimore.
