Ahead of the Cleveland Browns' showdown with the New England Patriots in Week 10, defensive end Myles Garrett has only one wish to Mac Jones: not to break his ankle.

Not that Garrett is blaming Jones for the injury of Carolina Panthers DE Brian Burns, but he is hoping the same thing won't happen to him. To recall, Jones caused Burns' foot injury after the Patriots QB tried to bring him down following a sack.

Here's a replay of what happened:

Brian Burns has been tagged as questionable for the Panthers' Week 10 game due to the injury. With that said, Myles Garrett certainly has concerns as he faces Mac Jones.

“Of course, I watched it, and I’ll hold my comments on that one,” the Browns star said, per Akron Beacon Journal. “I mean, hopefully it doesn’t happen to me. I don’t know. [I hope Jones] doesn't turn into the ankle grabber. I don’t know. So we’ll see.”

For what it's worth, Garrett seems to be ready if ever Jones tries to do what he did with Burns in their game. Now that he knows it's a possible scenario, the 25-year-old won't let it happen. If he allows it, then he has no one to blame but himself.
