Cleveland Browns running back Nick Chubb is questionable to return to the game against the Dallas Cowboys after suffering a knee injury.

Chubb had his right knee rolled on in the first quarter of the game, and had to walk off the field and head to the Browns’ locker room, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Before heading to the locker room, the 24-year old running back had six carries and 43 rushing yards for the Browns in the first quarter, leading the team in rushing before he got hurt with 7.2 yards per carry.

Chubb, who was selected by the Browns with the 35th overall pick in the second round of the 2018 NFL Draft, has been playing well for Cleveland so far this season, with 51 carries, 292 rushing yards, and four rushing touchdowns in the team’s first three games.

He is coming off a strong second season that saw him selected to the Pro Bowl for the first time after finishing the year with 298 carries, 1,494 rushing yards, and eight touchdowns while adding 36 receptions and 278 receiving yards in 16 games. The Browns, however, failed to make the playoffs, finishing with a 6-10 record.

After opening the season with a 38-6 loss to the Baltimore Ravens in head coach Kevin Stefanski's first game with the team, the Browns have recovered winning their next two games against the Cincinnati Bengals, 35-30, and the Washington Football Team in Week 3, 35-20, to move up to .500.

They are looking to win their third straight game against Dallas, although they may need to do it without one of their biggest offensive weapons.
