Although Cleveland Browns wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. was among the notable players in danger of missing the Week 6 matchup with the Pittsburgh Steelers, he was cleared to play after being held out of practice with a non-COVID-19 illness.

While there may have been some initial concern regarding his status in Cleveland, Beckham was always confident that he did not have the coronavirus, per ESPN's Field Yates:

“No, not in an arrogant way. I don't think COVID can get to me. I don't think it's going to enter this body. I don't want no parts of it, it don't want no parts of me. It's a mutual respect.”

It is encouraging to see that Beckham did not suffer any setbacks and was at full health for such a pivotal matchup. Even though he may not be worried about testing positive for COVID-19, there is no question that the Browns' abysmal performance in the 38-7 loss to the Steelers was still sickening.

To no surprise, Beckham was not shy about letting his frustrations be known on the sidelines during the game and was even seen in socks at one point. Despite Cleveland finding creative ways to utilize his skill set as a dynamic playmaker to start the 2020 NFL season, he was limited to just two receptions on four targets for 25 yards versus Pittsburgh's stingy defense.

Beckham's tirade and overall lack of usage since his joining the Browns has led to even further speculation regarding a potential trade at some point before the deadline. Despite failing to make a statement against the Steelers, there is still plenty of time for them to make the necessary adjustments.
