Count Odell Beckham Jr. of the Cleveland Browns among those in the NFL who have made their voices be heard in the fight against police brutality.

“Like many other people around the world, I was heartbroken and extremely disturbed when I saw the video of George Floyd being murdered by police officers.”

The Browns superstar recently launched End This Together, a campaign that aims to raise awareness in the ongoing social injustices that have sparked outrage across the country. Beckham also revealed that all proceeds will be for the benefit of Black Lives Matter.

“In an effort to do something to help the cause of ending police brutality, I wanted to help promote a T-shirt that sends a message that we demand justice for George Floyd and an end to police brutality. 100% of all profits from this shirt will be donated to the Black Lives Matter organization. I support nonviolent protests and demands for justice.”

The shirt reads “I Still Can’t Breathe,” pleas uttered by the late Eric Garner in 2014 and George Floyd three weeks ago, among other incidents, before succumbing at the hands of the police. The phrase has become a famous battle cry among protesters demanding social justice.

“No Justice, No Peace” is written at the back of the shirt featuring a globe held by a pair of hands, symbolizing worldwide calls for unity.

The shirt, selling for $25, has been met with high demand and has caused expected delays in shipping.

Beckham is just one of the many NFL stars that appeared in a powerful video released over a week ago condemning racism.
