After a 38-7 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 6, the Cleveland Browns are trying to get back on the winning track against the Cincinnati Bengals. They will have to do it without wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr., who suffered a knee injury on Cleveland’s opening drive.

Updated reports have confirmed that Odell Beckham is out for the remainder of the game:

Earlier reports from ESPN’s Jake Trotter had indicated that Beckham was questionable.

The play happened at the 8:33 mark of the first quarter, when quarterback Baker Mayfield’s pass to Odell Beckham was intercepted by Bengals cornerback Darius Phillips at the Browns’ 45-yard line.

Odell Beckham tried to tackle Phillips, who was stopped at Cleveland’s 24, but went down and was seen clutching his knee. He stayed down on the field and left on his own power, but soon headed to the Browns’ locker room, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Odell Beckham, a three-time Pro Bowler, has played in all six of Cleveland’s game’s this season, and has 23 receptions, 319 receiving yards, and three touchdowns. The star wideout, however, is coming off a sub-par game against the Steelers, where he caught two passes for just 25 receiving yards with no touchdowns.

It remains to be seen whether Odell Beckham, who revealed earlier this week that he is dealing with a turf toe injury, can return to the game or how much time he will miss if he is unable to return. Mayfield’s interception, meanwhile, mirrors an interception he made against Pittsburgh last week, when his pass on Cleveland’s opening drive was picked by the Steelers’ Minkah Fitzpatrick, which he took all the way to the end zone.
