The NFL didn't enjoy Odell Beckham Jr. and Marlon Humphrey's mid-game scuffle on Sunday. The league fined the Cleveland Browns wide receiver for his actions that started the mini-brawl after receiving an unnecessary roughness penalty during the game.

Beckham plans to appeal the fine. He didn't have much to say on the matter on Friday. Beckham said, via Mary Kay Cabot of Cleveland.com:

“We grown ass men, you know what I mean? I can’t feel that when we’re out there. We get hit every day. We get hit by 300-pounders. Something like that? I’m good.”

Browns head coach Freddie Kitchen said Humphrey choked Beckham during the altercation. Following the incident, the Baltimore Ravens revealed a full video of the altercation, where Beckham punched Humphrey on the play.

“I ran into him after the game and apologized. It’s not really the brand of football I want to represent. The whistle blowed. It has to be over with,” said Humphrey, via Jamison Hensley of ESPN.

In addition, Beckham noted that his teammate, center J.C. Tretter, also received a fine. Tretter pulled Humphrey off of Beckham. The wide-out mentioned that he would pay off Tretter's fine, per Cabot.

The altercation between the two on Sunday is yet another chapter in the Browns and Ravens rivalry. Unfortunately, those seeking the next chapter will have to wait until Week 16 when the Browns host the Ravens in Cleveland. Both teams are 2-2, with the Browns in possession of the tie-breaker to take the quarter-mark crown of the AFC North.
