There is no doubt that the Cleveland Browns have added a healthy stable of talent under center this offseason. It appears offensive coordinator Todd Haley already has high expectations for this group.

Haley has spent his fair share of time around some of the best quarterbacks in the NFL. However, he suggested Cleveland may have the most talented crop he has ever coached, via the team's official website:

“What I will say is probably in my career, this is one of the best – if not the best – quarterbacks rooms, in general, that I’ve had,” Haley said Thursday as the Browns wrapped up their offseason workouts.

Haley's comments may seem a bit bold considering the groups he's coached in the past.

Prior to joining the Browns, he was with the Pittsburgh Steelers and a roster that was headed by quarterback Ben Roethlisberger. He also spent some time with the Arizona Cardinals during Hall of Fame quarterback Kurt Warner's final stint in the league. Both had some solid backups as well during their time such as Byron Leftwich, Charlie Batch and Matt Leinart.

That said, it appears Haley has been impressed with what he has seen from this group thus far.

Cleveland is currently carrying four quarterbacks on their roster in Tyrod Taylor, Baker Mayfield, Drew Stanton, and Brogan Roback. There is no question that Taylor has established himself as a legitimate starting quarterback. Meanwhile, Mayfield's status s a former Heisman Trophy winner and No. 1 overall pick suggests he is more talented than the average backup.

Unless Stanton or Roback somehow emerge as another solid option, only time will tell whether or not Haley's comments ring true.
