There are some big questions surronding the Cleveland Browns heading into the offseason about what they are going to do with Freddie Kitchens. There has been a lot of debate if the team is going to fire Kitchens after one season or if the team will give him another year to turn things around.

According to Michael Lombardi of The Athletic, not only are the Browns going to make a head coaching change, there are going to more changes.

Lombardi didn't come out and say it, but it seems to be he is hinting towards the team also moving on from general manager John Dorsey.

It would seem a bit shocking if the team did move on from Dorsey because of how well respected he is around the league, but it also makes sense the two would go out together. There is no doubt that Kitchens had his struggles coaching the team, but he isn't the one in charge of the players put on the field.

The team traded for Odell Beckham Jr. and he hasn't been much more than a headache. Even though he has been productive on the field, the constant chatter of where he wants to go this offseason has been a distraction.

The Browns also look like they have made another poor draft choice taking Baker Mayfield and that falls squarely on Dorsey. If the team does decide to move on from both, the team needs to make sure they hit on their next hires or it's going to be another ten years of poor football in Cleveland.
