The seats of Cleveland Browns head coach Hue Jackson and offensive coordinator Todd Haley are getting warmer with each loss by the team.

According to a report by Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network , the Browns could be forced to make within their coaching staff if things don’t improve for the team on offense and in terms of the chemistry between Jackson and Haley.

For several weeks, it's been clear that coach Hue Jackson and offensive coordinator Todd Haley have not been on the same page. Several people in the organization have battled to help them work together, but it has not improved.

If this continues, and the disconnect is not reconciled, a move will likely be made.

Despite the marked improved level of talent on offense, the Browns still find themselves struggling to move the chains and find the end zone. It’s being partly attributed to the inability of both Jackson and Haley to get on the same page with the former recently insinuating that he may have a bigger role on offense.

“I'm not going to continue to watch something that I know how to do keep being that way.” This came after a second half against the Buccaneers that was Cleveland's best of the season, after a slow start.

In any case, the Browns’ offense needs a jump-start. They are only 24th in the league in scoring offense with 21.1 points per game and 24th in total yards with 342.4 per contest.

In any case, the Browns will have to resolve their issues soon if they want to catch the boat to the playoffs. They are now 2-5-1 following a 33-18 loss – the team's third in a row – to the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday.
