Cleveland Browns rookie wide receiver Blake Johnson released a video parody of Jarvis Landry's to his team during HBO's Hard Knocks, and it was pretty good. Johnson's reenactment of Landry's profanity-laced speech had the entire roster cracking up. In the video, Landry criticized his teammates for being soft and faking injuries so they wouldn't have to perform at a high level during camp.

While the video was humorous, it does make one think that there was some truth to the toxic mindset Landry spoke out against. Landry is serious about starting a winning culture in Cleveland. He recorded 112 receptions for 987 yards and nine touchdowns last season for the Miami Dolphins and firmly believes he is one of the best receivers in the NFL. With Josh Gordon back in the fold, an explosive Nick Chubb in the backfield and a top quarterback prospect in Baker Mayfield on the bench, the Browns may be just around the corner from playoff success.

The Browns are also the favorite to sign Dez Bryant at the moment. While he has fallen from grace as a superstar, he is still an asset that any team would love to have.

Johnson's performance provided some nice comedic relief, but the Browns will need to buckle down if they want to improve upon the abysmal seasons they've had in recent years. The whole team needs to adopt Landry's win now attitude if they're going to overcome the Steelers, Ravens, and Bengals to get out of the AFC North Division this year.
