Cleveland Browns wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. is the latest athlete to honor fallen NBA star Kobe Bryant.

Earlier this week, Beckham, who is no stranger to getting inked, revealed that he had gotten a new tattoo in honor of Bryant, who died along with his 13-year-old daughter in a tragic helicopter crash on Jan. 26.

Beckham is coming off of a 2019 campaign in which he played every game and caught 74 passes for 1,035 yards and four touchdowns.

The 27-year-old, who played his collegiate football at LSU, was originally selected by the New York Giants with the 12th overall pick of the 2014 NFL Draft.

It didn't take long for Beckham to stamp his name among the best wide outs in football, as he hauled in 91 receptions for 1,305 yards and 12 scores in a matter of just 12 games during his rookie campaign, earning a Pro Bowl appearance.

Beckham went on to make the Pro Bowl in each of his first three seasons, with his best year coming in 2015 when he snared 96 balls for 1,450 yards while reaching the end zone 13 times.

However, he played in just 16 games combined between 2017 and 2018 due to injury issues, and last offseason, the Giants traded Beckham to the Browns in exchange for safety Jabrill Peppers and a couple of draft picks.

Thanks to a busy offseason that also featured Cleveland landing running back Kareem Hunt and some key pieces on defense, the Browns were expected by many to be Super Bowl contenders heading into 2019.

Instead, Cleveland went just 6-10 and missed the playoffs entirely.
