It is no secret that Cleveland Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield and wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. have struggled to get on the same page to begin the 2020 NFL season.

While they are still finding their footing on offense, Beckham has managed to show off his prowess on the defensive side of the ball versus the Washington Football Team.

Beckham somehow managed to break up a sure-handed interception following an underthrow by Mayfield, via Brian Fischer of Athlon Sports:

Although this star-studded Browns' offense has gotten off to a slow start to the 2020 campaign, Beckham has proven to be quite opportunistic thanks to his elite skill set. Unfortunately, it still has yet to translate into the kind of production fans were hoping for.

Regardless, the big play by Beckham helped prevent Washington from potentially extending their lead to start the game.

The onus will now fall on Mayfield to make up for the misthrow and lead the Browns to victory.
