The Tampa Bay Buccaneers season ended Sunday, losing to the Los Angeles Rams 30-27. The Rams’ kicker Matt Gay made a field goal at the gun, sending the defending Super Bowl champions home early.

After the game, former embattled Buccaneers wide receiver, Antonio Brown, took to twitter to post a savage take.

Brown posted the photo of him jogging off the field half-naked when he left the team earlier this year. There is a sign saying “Bucs eliminated” photoshopped in his hands. It certainly sounds like Brown is still bitter with the way things ended in Tampa Bay.

The Bucs fell behind 27-3 Sunday against the Rams. Yet, Brady almost did it again. He engineered a crazy comeback. The Buccaneers tied the game at 27 with under a minute remaining. But Rams’ quarterback Matthew Stafford came back and hit Cooper Kupp on a deep 44-yard completion. That set up the game-winning field goal.

For much of the game, the Rams defense was dominant. They either sacked or pressured Brady on seemingly every drop back. The Bucs clearly missed Antonio Brown’s presence.

Tampa Bay was playing without both Brown and fellow Pro Bowl wide receiver Chris Godwin. Godwin tore his ACL late in the year in a shutout loss to the New Orleans Saints.

Yet, somehow, Brady led another furious comeback. He finished 30 of 54 passing, for 329 yards, one touchdown and one interception.

Mike Evans and Rob Gronkowski both had big games for Tampa Bay, combining for 12 catches for 204 yards and a touchdown. However, no other receiver was able to make much of an impact. That’s where Brown not being present was mostly felt.
