The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have ended the 2019 season with plenty of questions that need to be answered during the offseason. Among them, Bruce Arians expects a decision on Jameis Winston in a ‘couple weeks.'

During Sunday's game versus the Atlanta Falcons, Winston finished with 201 yards, two touchdowns, and two interceptions. The Bucs would lose in heartbreaking fashion as a result of a Winston pick-six in overtime.
It was the perfect way for Winston to end his rollercoaster season from under center. With the pick-six, Winston ended the season with 30 interceptions (tied for seventh-most of all-time).
On the other hand, the positives were that the former No. 1 overall pick produced 33 touchdowns and 5,109 passing yards. At the same time, Winston became the first quarterback in NFL history to have 30 touchdowns and 30 interceptions in the same season.
That statistic isn't exactly a ringing endorsement for Winston as he is an impending free agent. The Buccaneers picked up Winston's fifth-year option for the 2019 season. But Tampa Bay hasn't even begun discussing a long-term deal yet.
When Arians was hired as the head coach before 2019, he was brought in to aid in the development of Winston. While he had career highs in yards and touchdowns, he continued to make the errant decisions that have plagued him since his rookie season.
Considering that Winston is entering his sixth year in the NFL, it's tough to envision him fixing his glaring issues. With that being said, it remains to be seen if he's already played in his final game in a Bucs uniform.
