The Tampa Bay Buccaneers had a rough time in Week 15. Not only did they get shut out by the New Orleans Saints, but the offense lost a handful of weapons as well. Chris Godwin is out for the year, Mike Evans is questionable, and Leonard Fournette fell as well. However, Bruce Arians isn't lacking confidence in his team, as he's enjoyed what he's seen from Antonio Brown.
According to James Palmer, Arians claims that Brown looks “like he did before the injury.” If that's true, then the Buccaneers should be just fine in Week 16. Tampa Bay hasn't been able to have a fully healthy roster all season. However, if Antonio Brown can come back at 100 percent, Tom Brady should be able to deliver the ball as usual.
Based on how things are shaping up, we should expect to see Gronkowski and Brown be the main weapons in the passing game on Sunday. Additionally, Ronald Jones will have a chance to prove himself with Fournette sidelined as well. Although the Buccaneers are dealing with injuries, they have enough depth to remain competitive.
Not to mention, this team is going up against a Carolina Panthers team that has been struggling lately. This is a perfect opportunity for Tom Brady and Antonio Brown to get on the same page moving forward. With the playoffs just around the corner, now is the time for the Buccaneers to set themselves up for a deep run in the playoffs.
Keep an eye on this Buccaneers team, as they're still major contenders in the NFC.
