It appears that new Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians has found his offensive coordinator, with Byron Leftwich reportedly set to take on the role.

Arians was hired as Tampa Bay's new coach on Tuesday, and he quickly started to put together his staff.

With Todd Bowles reportedly set to be the team's new defensive coordinator, it sounds like Arians has found his coach for the offensive side of the ball as well, according to NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport:

Byron Leftwich will, in fact, be the new OC for Bruce Arians and the #Bucs, source said. Arians touted Leftwich during their time together in Arizona.

Leftwich was most recently the offensive coordinator for the Arizona Cardinals, as he took over midseason after Mike McCoy was fired.

Now, Arians and Leftwich will try to work their magic with the Bucs, who certainly have some talented playmakers to work with on offense.

Of course, one of the biggest questions may come with how Arians chooses to handle the quarterback situation, and whether or not that will help Jameis Winston continue to move forward as the team's starter.

Either way, there's no doubt that Arians is one of the best offensive minds in the NFL, and he appears to be ready to take on the challenge of rebuilding the Bucs into a championship contender.

And with the good rapport between he and Leftwich, that should help Tampa Bay's offense get back on track in a big way.
