The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will be without the services of halfback LeSean McCoy for the remainder of their game against the Los Angeles Chargers (via NFL Network's James Palmer).

The Buccaneers will want this contest to end more than anyone after losing another halfback in Kenjon Barner to a concussion as well. LeSean McCoy hadn't seen much action this season as a backup to halfback Ronald Jones II and Leonard Fournette, who is out with an ankle injury that was announced prior to Week 4.

Without LeSean McCoy, Jones will receive the majority of snaps for the remainder of the game from the backfield. Expect rookie Ke'Shawn Vaughn to see a respectable amount of action for the remainder of the game as well with the Bucs slowly become depleted of backs due to injuries. Vaughn hasn't seen much playing time through three weeks of action, but given the circumstances, he could be forced into a higher role for the remainder of the game.

The only good news to come from this injury to LeSean McCoy will be the continued production of quarterback Tom Brady's development in returning to his passing prowess. Fournette hadn't seen much productivity alongside Brady as the future Hall of Famer became more adept within his new offensive sets.

After a Week 3 three performance that saw him throw nearly 300 yards (297) along with three touchdowns, it's safe to say that Brady is back.

He's currently completed 22-of-36 passes against the Chargers along with four touchdowns. He has thrown one interception, but his overall performance has masked that so far.

The Bucs and LeSean McCoy trail 28-31 at the start of the fourth quarter.
