The Tampa Bay Buccaneers suffered an injury scare during Tuesday's practice. Mike Evans suffered an injury, and there was some concern after the wideout was taken off of the field.

According to Jenna Laine of ESPN, Mike Evans was carted off of the field, but it was only for cramps. Bruce Arians and the rest of the team probably let out a sigh of relief when they received the news.

Evans is the team's best wideout and there a ton of expectations surrounding the Buccaneers offense this season. Overall, there is a ton of pressure on Arians to begin reshaping the culture in Tampa Bay in 2019.

The 66-year-old head coach will be tasked with trying to help Jameis Winston take a step forward in his career. Winston is playing in a contract year after Tampa Bay picked up Winston's fifth-year option last offseason.

For Winston to have a successful year, he's going to need Evans on the field and healthy. Since coming into the NFL in 2014, Evans has had over 1,000 receiving yards in each season and 40 touchdowns.

Last season, Evans had his career-high in receiving yards with 1,524 yards. In 2018, the Buccaneers—not the Kansas City Chiefs—had the best passing offense in the NFL.

With Ryan Fitzpatrick and Winston, the team threw for 5,125 yards as a team. Now, with the loss of Adam Humphries, Chris Godwin is expected to breakout in 2019. Godwin and Evans will be vital to the Buccaneers' aerial attack.

The Buccaneers signed Evans to a lucrative extension last offseason, so anytime he goes down, there is expected to be some concern.
