The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are in need of a running back, and what do you know? One of the best running backs in the league will be available via free agency this offseason in Le'Veon Bell.

According to Albert Breer of The Monday Morning Quarterback, Bell will be the next starting running back for the Buccaneers.

Bell sat out the entire 2018 campaign due to a contract dispute with the Pittsburgh Steelers, passing up on the $14.5 million franchise tag the Steelers placed on him prior to the year.

However, when he has been on the field, Bell has proven that he is one of the NFL's top halfbacks.

In 2017, Bell rushed for 1,291 yards and nine touchdowns while averaging four yards per carry while hauling in 85 receptions for 655 yards and two scores en route to a second straight Pro Bowl appearance and a First-Team All-Pro selection.

The 26-year-old, who played his collegiate football at Michigan State University, was originally selected by the Steelers in the second round (48th pick overall) of the 2013 NFL Draft.

He had a relatively quiet rookie campaign, totaling 880 yards and eight touchdowns while registering just 3.5 yards per attempt, but the following year, Bell racked up 1,361 yards and eight touchdowns and also caught 83 passes for 854 yards and three scores, resulting in his first Pro Bowl selection and First-Team All-Pro honors.

Bell also went to Honolulu in 2016 after finishing with 1,268 yards and seven touchdowns on the ground while snaring 75 balls for 616 yards while reaching the end zone twice as a receiver.
