Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski are one of the best one-two punch in the NFL. They have this uncanny chemistry since their time with the New England Patriots, which is why Brady himself pushed Gronk out of retirement to join him on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

On Tuesday during an appearance on the NFL Total Access, Gronkowski discussed his connection and chemistry with Brady, so much so that they didn't even need to say a single word to each other. The two have been playing for so long that Brady himself knows what's going inside the head of his star tight end.

“He knows already what I’m thinking, before I even know what I’m thinking,” Gronk said of his telepathy with Brady.

Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski played together on the Patriots for nine years from 2010 to 2018 before the 32-year-old TE retired in 2019–which was also Tom's last season in New England.

Brady joined the Patriots in 2020 and encouraged Gronkowski to join him. Their chemistry was evident right from the off, with Rob making 45 receptions for 623 yards and seven touchdowns in their reunion. Their partnership was also critical in leading the Buccaneers to the Super Bowl title.

This 2021 campaign, Gronk missed a ton of games due to injury. He returned in Week 8, though he has yet to score a touchdown after the four he made in the first two games of the season.

Still, with his connection with Brady and the tried and tested partnership they have, it's only a matter of time before he makes his presence felt again for the Buccaneers.
