Tom Brady isn't just the NFL's GOAT. After winning Super Bowl LV, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers star quarterback has now earned the tag of MVP-slayer after going through quite the journey in this year's postseason. While everyone was counting the 43-year-old Brady out, he silenced the haters once again and put on a show in his 21st season.

After another incredible regular season, Brady had his work cut out for him en route to his 10th Super Bowl appearance. But this seemed to be light work for the seven-time champion as he managed to go through three Super Bowl MVPs in three consecutive weeks (via Jeff Howe of The Athletic).

Brady took care of business against Super Bowl XLIV Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints in the first round. After that, he took on another former Super Bowl XLV MVP and three-time regular season MVP in Aaron Rodgers and beat the Green Bay Packers to claim the NFC title. This set up a huge matchup against reigning Super Bowl MVP Patrick Mahomes and the defending champions Kansas City Chiefs.

With the help of his vaunted defenders, Brady shut out Mahomes in Super Bowl LV to give the Buccaneers their second crown in just his first year with the team. The iconic quarterback, who has gotten praises from various athletes, has now won the Vince Lombardi Trophy with two different teams, his seventh overall, while setting a bunch of milestones along the way.

One thing was made even clearer after Sunday: All Super Bowl MVPs must go through Tom Brady first.
