When the NFL schedule was released on Wednesday, most thought the headliner to be discussed would be the season opener between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Dallas Cowboys. The defending champions will have the grand stage to themselves on Thursday, September 9, as they look to start their title defense. At the end of the all the schedule chaos, there's one game that can't stop and won't stop being talked about.
Tom Brady will make his return to Foxboro to square off against the New England Patriots in week 4. Ticket prices on the secondary market are already nearing record high marks for an NFL game that isn't the Super Bowl. On Thursday, Tom Brady Sr., yes Tom Brady's dad, chimed in on the matchup.
Calling in to “Zolak and Bertrand” on 98.5 The Sports Hub in Boston, Brady Sr. made it very clear how he feels about the matchup.

Talk about not holding back on your thoughts. What a move from Brady Sr. Now of course he's not going to say the opposite, and he did not the Patriots are their second favorite team behind the Buccaneers now. But to see pops call in and just let Boston know that Tom Brady and company expect to destroy the Patriots, that's great radio.
Ticket prices to sit in a nosebleed are climbing over $1,000 for one seat at present time, which seems insane for an NFL regular season game. But when you have the GOAT coming back to his old stomping grounds for the first time and coming off a Super Bowl title with his new squad, everything logical is off the table.
