While sports fans longed to have any semblance of sports, Tom Brady took part in a golf charity match with Peyton Manning, Tiger Woods, and Phil Mickelson last month. As he prepares to enter his first season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Brady donated the golf cart that he used during the tournament.

There were plenty of memorable moments that took place during the charity match between the polarizing athletes. Besides the entertaining trash talk between Manning and Brady, the six-time Super Bowl champion sunk an amazing shot later in the match.

On a par-five, Brady was able to deliver a perfect strike, putting a phenomenal backspin on the ball. As a result, he scored an Eagle, which at least shows he can have some success with something involving an Eagle.

Even though Brady and Mickelson fell to the duo of Manning and Woods, the event was for a great cause. Altogether, the charity golf match was able to raise $20 million toward multiple charity organizations.

Besides the money that was raised, Brady is going to be donating the golf cart he used to drive around the golf course. The new quarterback of the Buccaneers took to Instagram to say goodbye to the golf cart.

Recently, Brady has made headlines for going against the advice of the NFLPA for taking part in private workouts with teammates. The NFLPA's executive director DeMaurice Smith even sent a strong message to Brady and other players that continue to conduct private workouts. While he's causing headaches for the NFLPA, Brady is doing charitable work off of the field.
