Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady continued his brutal trolling campaign against Aaron Rodgers during a video conference for “Capital One's The Match” with Phil Mickelson and Bryson DeChambeau.

Brady had previously been on a trolling crusade against Rodgers and DeChambeau–who are paired together against TB12 and Mickelson–when the showdown was first announced. The Buccaneers quarterback often alluded to Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers not going for it on a crucial fourth down in the NFC Championship Game. He did so again during Tuesday's video conference.

Brady quipped to DeChambeau he was playing with a man who might have liked to “go for it a little more often in the past” and said he was glad DeChambeau would encourage Rodgers to go big “when it's on the line.”

Ouch, Tom. Adding insult to injury with that one.

Fortunately, Rodgers has always been fairly quick on his feet. He responded to the Buccaneers star's baiting by hilariously pointing out he usually doesn't “get the option” in his experience. Pretty amusing stuff, especially knowing the backdrop of his holdout from attending the Green Bay Packers' minicamp.

Will Brady and the Buccaneers eventually have another date with Rodgers and the Packers. As things currently stand, it's hardly a guarantee A-Rod will ever return to Green Bay.

For now, the two will continue to trudge through the offseason and prepare for “The Match,” which takes place on July 6. Meanwhile, Mickelson will try to earn a glorious victory in his hometown of San Diego at this week's U.S. Open at Torrey Pines after miraculously winning the PGA Championship. DeChambeau is looking to win his second U.S. Open in a row.
