Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady has been around the league for so long that he is old enough to be the father of some of his teammates. With Brady's experiences, he is able to pass down some advice to his younger teammates. One of them was running back Leonard Fournette

Fournette took to heart those words of “just keep fighting.” The running back praised Brady for his leadership and said that players like being teammates with Brady. This is manifested in the fact that all 22 starters on offense and defense have stayed with the team.

One of the dilemmas of teams that reach the Super Bowl is having their roster gutted. Their players' stocks are at an all-time high drawing interest from other teams. The front office has to make difficult decisions, so they keep their core players, but sometimes these moves backfire.

At one point last season, the Bucs were 7-5, which is not what you would expect from the eventual Super Bowl champions, but then after their bye week, Tampa Bay came out storming to win eight straight games and their fighting spirit showed, per Erin Walsh of Yardbarker.

Brady is still under contract with the Buccaneers until 2022, so the franchise has a real shot of building a dynasty of their own. As the team gels, even more, Tampa Bay might even be better next season. While the offense gets most of the attention with Brady under center and his weapons, the stacked defense is one of the best in the league.
