Tampa Bay Buccaneers superstar Tom Brady has more than a handful of Super Bowl rings. On Thursday in the Buccs’ 2020 ring ceremony, the seven-time Super Bowl champion declared his favorite of them all and – it’s not what you think it is.

According to three-time league MVP, none of his seven rings actually comes to mind when talking about his top one. What is his favorite, you might ask? Let’s just say TB12 already has his eyes on ring number eight.

“You know what ring is my favorite one? My favorite ring is the next one,” Brady said (via Jill Beckman).

You gotta love the championship desire from one of the best quarterbacks to ever play the game. Last season, Brady took his talents to Florida and went on an unbelievable run all the way to Super Bowl LIV as Tampa Bay dethroned Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs. After snagging his seventh Super Bowl ring, it’s hard to blame a competitor like Brady if he wants at least one more.

For now, Brady has to settle with his current line-up of jewelry and get familiar with the latest addition to his ring collection which is probably the biggest one of them all. Literally.

You would think by now that a guy like Brady would be used to getting handed these sorts of trinkets given that this is the seventh time in his illustrious career that this has happened but even the 43-year-old got pleasantly surprised with how big his 2020 ring is:

I guess the next one has to be bigger, right Tom?
