For a moment, it looked like the Detroit Lions were going to make a comeback against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. But then, Sean Murphy-Bunting came up with a clutch pick-six to give Tampa Bay a double-digit lead over the Lions.

Over the course of the game, David Blough continuously fixated his sights on Danny Amendola on the out-route. Therefore, Murphy-Bunting knew what was coming on this play and quickly jumped the pass.
The rookie cornerback was able to corral the errant throw and go untouched for a touchdown. Murphy-Bunting now has three interceptions on the season and this is his first one that has resulted in a touchdown.
With Vernon Hargreaves being released nearly a month ago, Murphy-Bunting has gotten more time with the starting defense. He may have earned even more playing time after being able to contribute six points on Sunday.
