Entering Thursday, Milwaukee Bucks center Brook Lopez has made 95 3-pointers, the same number as Golden State Warriors shooting guard Klay Thompson.

Brook Lopez has completely changed his game to where he is now a lethal stretch big in the NBA. It's been an amazing turnaround for a guy who didn't make a single 3-pointer in the first six years of his playing career with the Brooklyn Nets.

Lopez made one shot from beyond the arc during the 2014-15 season and two in 2015-16. The 2016-17 campaign was his breakout season. The 7-footer hit 134 shots from deep that year on 387 attempts. Since then, Lopez hasn't been afraid to let it fly.

Klay Thompson is one of the best shooters in NBA history. The four-time All-Star, though, is struggling this season with his shot. Thompson is shooting a career-low 34.4 percent from the 3-point line entering Thursday, but given his track record, odds are the sharpshooter will find his shooting stroke sooner rather than later.

In 36 games for the Bucks, Brook Lopez is averaging 12.6 points, 4.0 rebounds and 1.1 assists per game while shooting 43.1 percent from the field and 37.3 percent on 3-pointers.

Lopez's ability to stretch the floor has been huge for Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo, who now has a bevy of driving lanes to attack the basket since Lopez is taking his defender away from the paint by going to the perimeter and spotting up for threes.
