NBA Hall of Famer Charles Barkley hopes Giannis Antetokounmpo pulls a Dirk Nowitzki, stays his entire career with one team and doesn't leave the Milwaukee Bucks.

Barkley doesn't want Antetokounmpo to become “a chump” and switch teams:

The Bucks just suffered a disappointing five-game loss to the Miami Heat in the second round of the playoffs. The Greek Freak didn't play in Game 5 because of his ankle injury.

Giannis Antetokounmpo can become an unrestricted free agent in 2021 if he doesn't sign the supermax extension with the Bucks this offseason. Even if he declines it, though, Antetokounmpo supposedly won't get traded by the Bucks, and he told Chris Haynes of Yahoo Sports on Tuesday he's not going to request to be dealt.

LeBron James and Kevin Durant are the most recent superstars who got up and left their original team to chase championships. James signed with the Miami Heat in 2010 and won two titles with Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh, while Durant joined the Golden State Warriors in 2016 and captured two rings as well.

While Charles Barkley obviously wants to see Antetokounmpo win a title in his NBA career, Chuck isn't a fan of star players bolting town and taking the easy route.

It's going to be very interesting to see what Antetokounmpo decides to do this offseason in terms of the supermax, but Bucks fans are likely going to see Giannis in a Milwaukee uniform at least for one more season.

The Bucks' front office has some tough decisions to make this offseason, as the roster around Antetokounmpo and Khris Middleton didn't get it done in the 2020 playoffs. Most pundits expect Milwaukee to attempt to acquire a new point guard since Eric Bledsoe has been awful in the postseason ever since he arrived to the Bucks during the 2017-18 season.
