Milwaukee Bucks guard Eric Bledsoe can finally rest knowing he is on a team that backs him and is looking to compete and win.

The young guard remained a Phoenix Suns player, signing a $70 million 5- year contract after battling with management in 2014 for a salary increase, and finally settling the issue. Bledsoe, unhappy with the team consistently stagnating, sent out a tweet with the words “I don't want to be here” to everyone's surprise after the team's slow start to the season.

This promoted the Suns to send Eric Bledsoe away from the team until they could facilitate a trade where they found a partner in the Bucks who sent big man Greg Monroe and draft picks for the young guard. The 27 year-old joined the Bucks earlier last week, but not without first drawing a $10,000 fine for the now infamous tweet, where he denies the message was about the Suns.

Bledsoe finally made his home debut Saturday night facing off against the Los Angeles Lakers where fans in attendance anticipated the new starting lineup with excitement.

On one row, a few Bucks supporters welcomed the “mini LeBron” to the team with their own custom message.

The Bucks went on to win the game, and Bledsoe is already meshing well with star Giannis Antentekuompo as if they've played together for years.

It's been a not-so-bad season so far as Eric Bledsoe is averaging 14.2 points, 3.6 assists, and 2.6 rebounds this season, while the Bucks are now 2-0 since he joined the team.
