The Milwaukee Bucks got hit with devastating news as Giannis Antetokounmpo left Tuesday's game early with a knee injury. He immediately went to the locker room and there was a fear of it being an ACL injury. However, there is no structural damage to his knee, according to Adrian Wojnarowski and Zach Lowe of ESPN.

The Bucks are suddenly in a 2-2 tie against the Atlanta Hawks, who also missed Trae Young in Game 4 as he continues to rehab his injury that he suffered in Game 3 of the series.

The Hawks won Game 4 easily and the overall momentum of the series took a massive turn after Giannis limped to the locker room. The Hawks won by 22 and now are headed back to Milwaukee for Game 5.

Giannis is now officially listed as doubtful for Game 5 on Thursday night, which doesn't bode well for the Bucks in any way.

For now, no timetable on the two-time MVP is available, and the Bucks will try to find a way to keep their success going. Young's status for Game 5 is also unclear, and this continues the unfortunate trend of star players going down with injuries in this set of NBA Playoffs.

Game 5 is Thursday night, and the situation with both Giannis and Trae Young will be extremely fluid until then. If the Bucks want to overcome this devastating loss, Middleton and company are going to need to step up big time as they push for a trip to the NBA Finals.
