The Milwaukee Bucks' Giannis Antetokounmpo can't catch a break.

With the Bucks facing a must-win Game 4 scenario against the Miami Heat, the league's reigning MVP has exited due to aggravating the right ankle injury he suffered in Game 3.

Antetokounmpo re-aggravated the injury on a drive to the basket against the Heat's Bam Adebayo early in the second quarter. The “Greak Freak” twisted his ankle and landed the floor. He continued to grimace in pain before getting up to shoot his two free throws. He then immediately exited the game and headed towards the locker room.

You can view how Antetokounmpo suffered his injury in the following video below.

Considering the Bucks are down 3-0 in this series and facing elimination today, Antetokounmpo's absence would likely put the dagger in Milwaukee's postseason hopes. The 25-year-old was questionable to play today and was declared as active only minutes before tip-off.

We'll keep you updated on this story as soon as more information becomes available.

*UPDATE: Giannis Antetokounmpo has been officially ruled out for the rest of the game due to the injury he suffered.
