Giannis Antetokounmpo carried the Milwaukee Bucks throughout the entire Game 5. That kept them in the contest even as the Boston Celtics led for most of the game. His effort wasn't for naught as Jrue Holiday put the finishing touches on a magnificent fourth-quarter comeback.

Jrue Holiday hit the game-tying triple with 42.4 seconds left in the game and then generating not one, but two highlight reel stops on Marcus Smart to secure the Bucks win.

After the game, Giannis Antetokounmpo was gushing over his Bucks co-star when asked about the relationship between the two.

“It's blooming. I love Jrue. He always gives everything for the team. His effort is always there. His attitude is great. He's a great guy to have next to you,” said the Bucks star after pouring in 40 points himself.

Giannis Antetokounmpo has been the perfect small market superstar for Milwaukee. According to him, Jrue Holiday is cut from the same cloth as a perfect fit for the Bucks in their two years together.

“We're very similar,” Giannis continued. “We're not about the extra stuff. We're about winning and just going and take care of business, play the right way, lead the team in any way possible.”

The Bucks are playing with a man down as Khris Middleton makes his recovery from a knee injury. Against the higher-seeded Celtics team, many felt like the loss of the 3-time All-Star would be too much to keep pace.

But thanks to gargantuan performances from Giannis Antetokounmpo and Jrue Holiday in Game 5, they're one step closer to advancing.
