Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo looked sadly disappointed with himself and his team after committing a late-game foul on Jimmy Butler, allowing the Miami Heat to walk off the court with buzzer-beating free throws and a 2-0 lead to boot.

The Greek Freak isn't pushing the desperation button quite yet, confident there are things the Bucks can do to turn it around:

“It’s about us,” said Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo, according to Sam Amick of The Athletic. “It’s always going to be about us. You know, that’s why we practice. That’s why we go through our gameplan. That’s why we’ve got to come out and play harder. That’s why we’ve got to make more shots. It’s always going to be about us. You know, it’s not about what the other team is going to do. It might be the Miami Heat now. Next round it might be a different team. Next year might be a different team. It’s always going to be about us.”

The Bucks almost completed a stunning comeback, getting a late steal in the fourth quarter and cutting the deficit to two points before Butler split a pair. Khris Middleton was consequently fouled on a 3-point attempt, tying affairs as the game looked prime for an overtime period.

Antetokounmpo's gaffe cost the Bucks the game, but Milwaukee has been at the other end of affairs in the last postseason and knows results can be turned around on a whim:

“I mean, if you’ve been in the league a long time, winning two games in a playoff series happens quite often,” said Bucks head coach Mike Budenholzer. “Now it’s our job to get ready for Game 3, and we’ve got to win Game 3. We’ve got to be prepared for that. … Most of us have been here before, and you’ve just got to get prepared and get ready for Game 3. It’s something the guys are very capable of and they’re very ready for.”

The Bucks don't have the formula to beat the Heat quite yet, but just one victory could reel up some confidence and turn the series around.
