LeBron James might be the NBA's biggest earner on Instagram, but it looks like Giannis Antetokounmpo is making his own name on the mean streets of TikTok. The Milwaukee Bucks superstar is making the video-sharing social media platform his domain and he's getting paid quite a lot for it.
In a recent poll compiled by OnlineGambling.ca, Giannis emerged as the only NBA player to crack the Top 10 rich list of athletes on TikTok. Apparently, Antetokounmpo is earning up to $11,500 for a single post. Just imagine how much he can earn in a single day if he decides to do multiple posts. As of writing, Giannis has amassed no less than 2.6 million followers on TikTok.
It is interesting to note that only a handful of NBA stars joins Antetokounmpo on the list of top-earners on TikTok. The Atlanta Hawks' Trae Young ranks 18th among all sports figures with 968,000+ followers and an income of a little less than $5,000 per post. New Cavs signing Tacko Fall rounds out the NBA Top 3 with 511,000+ followers and estimated earnings of $2,500 per post.
Apparently, the LeBrons and the Steph Curry's have yet to discover the wonderful world of TikTok. It doesn't look like either of them have joined in on the TikTok bandwagon, so the coast is clear for Giannis Antetokounmpo. That's for now at least.
