Milwaukee Bucks star Jrue Holiday is a huge fan of former NBA MVP Kevin Durant. And honestly, who isn't? The Brooklyn Nets superstar is one of the best (if not the best) scorers in the league right now and his growing list of accolades, including leading Team USA to an Olympic gold medal in Tokyo, only cements KD's legacy as one of the best to ever play the sport of basketball.

Holiday, who spent time with Durant in Japan for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, had nothing but good words for his on-court rival. Talking with JJ Redick's The Old Man And The Three Podcast, the 31-year-old praised KD for his incredible talent on and off the court.

“He's unreal. He makes the game looks so easy. Nothing fazes him,” Holiday said. “Yes, he's seven feet, but it's like he doesn't see anybody. It's just like him and the hoop, it's like cone drills. If you’re just gonna go workout, get into your bag and work on something like that’s his game and nobody fazes him, it’s amazing to see.”

Jrue Holiday was fortunate enough to witness Durant's greatness up close and personal. Before they linked up for the Olympics, Holiday's Bucks had to go through Kevin Durant's Nets in the second round of the 2021 NBA Playoffs which went all the way to a Game 7. And, if not only for KD's size 18 shoe, the 2020-2021 NBA season would probably have ended differently.

Despite being booted out of the playoffs, Durant remains to be arguably the best player in the league right now. Although it was Holiday, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Khris Middleton, and the rest of the Bucks who lifted the trophy after the final game of the season, Durant's legacy shouldn't be up for debate.
