The Milwaukee Bucks finally got one game back against the Miami Heat on Sunday, emerging with a 118-115 overtime victory in what was a season-saving win for the embattled squad. For Bucks All-Star Khris Middleton, it was an opportunity to air out a bit of frustration after the much-needed victory.

When asked about recent Bucks criticism and the potential loss of Giannis Antetokounmpo for Game 5 on Tuesday due to an ankle injury, Middleton responded with some NSFW action:

“Honestly, I could give two shits about it,” Middleton told Sam Amick of The Athletic. “I mean, I’ve been hearing this for a long time. He’s been hearing it for a long time. But each year, we’ve improved.”

“(In this series), we’ve been in each and every game. We just lost it within the last four or five minutes, or the other night (in Game 3) with eight or 10 minutes left in the fourth quarter. So I mean, he’s definitely — we need him out there. But when he’s not out there, we still have a pretty good group that we’re confident with.”

Antetokounmpo was questionable to play in Game 4, but the reigning MVP went for it and decided to play through his ankle injury. It did not end well for him, as he was forced to exit the game after just 11 minutes of action after reaggravating the injury. It now remains to be seen if he will be available for Game 5 on Tuesday, but as Middleton expressed above, the Bucks will play confidently and avoid the noise regardless.

Middleton then opened up about his mindset in the series, with the Bucks just one loss away from elimination:

“Winning a championship is not easy,” he continued. “Winning a playoff series is not easy. Winning a playoff game is not easy. So each night, no matter how the game has gone for us personally or as a team, you’ve just got to go out there and continue to play and don’t worry about nothing. Fight. And don’t worry about nothing else except for that possession.”

Despite the victory, the Bucks are still 3-1 down in the series. Milwaukee needs to win three more games in a row in order to advance to the Eastern Conference Finals, which will only be tougher if Giannis isn't available. Middleton scored 36 points in the season-saving Game 4 victory, and he'll need to continue to deliver in order for the Bucks to make history.
