Milwaukee Bucks head coach Mike Budenholzer was recently awarded with a Coach of the Year award by renowned Milwaukee-based law firm, Gruber Law. As the 49-year-old accepted the honor, he could not help but crack a bit of an inside joke that perhaps, only true Milwaukeeans will appreciate.

For the rest of us who are not too familiar with Gruber Law and the Milwaukee local television scene, the law firm's motto happens to be “One Call, That's All.” This has become a bit of a household catchphrase in Milwaukee, with the firm's ad garnering significant airtime on the local airwaves.

As for Coach Bud, he wittily used the popular phrase to reference how he thought the officiating in his team's Eastern Conference Finals against the Toronto Raptors did not do the Bucks any favors.

On several occasions during the series, Budenholzer called out the referees for their alleged poor performances, specifically after Milwaukee's Game 5 defeat.

At one point in the closing moments of the tightly-contested matchup, the head coach stormed the court to viciously question the games officials about why they missed what seemed to be such a clear intentional foul attempt on Raptors guard Kyle Lowry. Below is the play in question.

Budenholzer was obviously livid about this particular turn of events, and perhaps, this was how he generally felt throughout the series. Given the opportunity in his recent acceptance speech, the coach could not help but take a shot at the referees for what he deemed to be a poor overall performance on their end.
