Friday night at home against the Atlanta Hawks, the Milwaukee Bucks scored a whopping 144 points, already the third time this season they have eclipsed the 140-point mark.

Milwaukee entered Friday averaging a league-leading 117.0 points per game, and that number is up to 117.7 after Friday's performance. The Bucks scored 144 points against the Sacramento Kings on Nov. 4 and 143 versus the Portland Trail Blazers on Nov. 21:

This was a blowout win from start to finish for the Bucks, who led 43-14 after the first quarter. All five of Milwaukee's starters scored in double figures and played less than 23 minutes.

Superstar forward Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 16 points, swingman Khris Middleton notched 19, center Brook Lopez tallied 10, guard Malcolm Brogdon registered 19 and point guard Eric Bledsoe finished with 14.

Mike Budenholzer has to be the front-runner for the Coach of the Year award. He has this Bucks offense clicking on all cylinders and operating like a well-oiled machine. Other than Lopez and George Hill, Milwaukee's roster is virtually exactly the same as last season. Budenholzer has installed the offense he learned from Gregg Popovich in San Antonio and the one he used when he was the man in charge in Atlanta.

As you can see, the results have been very good. The Bucks are first in the NBA in offensive rating, per NBA.com.
