The Milwaukee Bucks have been one of the first teams to wheel-and-deal this season, snatching an estranged Eric Bledsoe from the Phoenix Suns and making him their starting point guard. But they might not be done making moves, as they are reportedly eyeing an elite-caliber center in the L.A. Clippers' DeAndre Jordan and Miami Heat's Hassan Whiteside, according to Steve Kyler of Basketball Insiders.

“The prevailing thought around the NBA is the Bucks would be open to and are pursuing a major player trade and have been linked to the Clippers and DeAndre Jordan,” wrote Kyler. “They also continue to be mentioned in NBA circles as having eyes for Miami’s Hassan Whiteside. Its hard to imagine either deal gets done without the inclusion of [Jabari] Parker, so the Bucks getting a chance to see him on the court for a few games before the deadline may go a long way in cementing their decision.”

As Kyler notes, the Bucks are unlikely to shed any other major pieces to acquire a top-notch big dipper this season, hoping the core of Bledsoe, Giannis Antetokounmpo, and Khris Middleton can stay intact.

Middleton has developed into a reliable 20-point scorer in the absence of Parker — and due to his marksman-like skills behind the 3-point line, also become a pillar to make this team a threat from distance.

Miami is in a much better position, sitting at the fourth seed in the East, while the Clippers are in danger from falling out of playoff contention — making them the more likely team to be willing to make a move before the Feb. 8 trade deadline.
