The Milwaukee Bucks' Instagram account just went full-savage on Shaquille O'Neal, Kobe Bryant, and the rest of their championship-winning Los Angeles Lakers 2000-01 side.

O'Neal recently posted a photo on his Instagram containing a quote from former teammate Bryant pertaining to the prowess of their historic 2000-01 Lakers squad. Bryant's comments come in the wake of the recent championship run of the Golden State Warriors, which many claim to be the most dominant superteam in the history of the game.

It appears that Shaq agrees 100 percent with his former associate.

Nonetheless, the Bucks could not let O'Neal's post pass without taking a jab at him and the Lakers.

That 2000-01 Lakers team, which paired two of the biggest superstars in their prime, was definitely one for the history books. However, the Bucks had one — or two — up on them that season by beating them on both of their regular season meetings.

Milwaukee, which was then led by the likes of Glenn Robinson, Sam Cassell, and Ray Allen, defeated the Lakers 109-105 in Staples Center. They followed it up with a 107-100 victory a couple of months later when the Lakers visited them in their home floor.

That year, the Bucks went all the way to the Eastern Conference Finals, wherein they were eventually ousted by the Philadelphia 76ers. Allen Iverson and his Sixers went on to face Shaq and Kobe in the Finals and were convincingly defeated by the Lakers 4-1 on the series.
