Milwaukee Bucks talent Sterling Brown, who is making headlines for non-basketball reasons, is suing the city over a false arrest.

From ESPN's report detailing the situation, Brown's lawyer, Mark Tomsen, relayed the following:

“Mr. Brown hopes that instead of the typical denial of the claims … the city actually admit to the wrongs, admit that his constitutional rights were violated,” Thomsen said at a news conference outside City Hall after filing the lawsuit.

For those unaware, Sterling Brown had a confrontation after he allegedly illegally park outside a store, which resulted in violence being used by the police officers. The city dropped chargers against Brown and has already released an apology to the youngster.

In the video that caught the police violence, Brown is shown to be respectful and is not the aggressor.

The city's major, Tom Barrett, released the following statement:

“I'm hopeful this incident will be a turning point and allow us to take those actions necessary to improve police community relations,” he said.

As for the Bucks, the team already released a statement backing Brown.
