On the heels of a Jason Kidd firing from the helm of the Milwaukee Bucks, the organization will now be aggressive coming into this trade deadline.

General manager Jon Horst and the Bucks are reportedly looking to package third-year shooting guard Rashad Vaughn in any deal they make down the wire, according to Gery Woelfel of The Racine Journal Times.

Vaughn has only appeared in 17 of 46 games, averaging a mere 9.6 minutes and 3.3 points per game. He was selected 17th overall out of UNLV back in the 2015 NBA Draft, but hasn't garnered much playing time, as former head coach Jason Kidd has favored the likes of Tony Snell, Malcolm Brogdon, and even veteran Jason Terry at the position.

As noted by Woelfel, the Bucks have misfired in their first-round selections, as D.J. Wilson (Michigan), Thon Maker (Australia), and Vaughn merely combined for nine minutes against one of the worst teams in the league, the Phoenix Suns.

All nine minutes belonged to the lanky Maker.

Milwaukee is looking to capitalize with their unused young talent, as they already boast plenty of youth in their starting lineup alone.

The Bucks front office has made it clear they're playing to win now after Kidd's sudden firing, and the re-assessment doesn't stop there, as they will be aggressive in the trade deadline in hopes to garner home court advantage in the playoffs.

After last night's razor-thin win over the Suns, the Bucks are 24-22 and in seventh place, but only 4-6 in the last 10 games.

Vaughn could serve as a potential young piece in a bundle to entice a team to trade one of their coveted pieces to the Bucks.
