Not today, Russell Westbrook. That's exactly the mentality that Milwaukee Bucks star forward Giannis Antetokounmpo had when the Oklahoma City Thunder star point guard tried to attack the basket during the closing second of the half.

With the Bucks already up 58-44, Giannis was not going to let Westbrook cut the Milwaukee lead down to a dozen right before halftime. Giannis emphatically blocked Westbrook's layup attempt.

However, Giannis committed a little bit of friendly fire as well. He bowled over his own teammate in guard Tony Snell in order to complete the block. Luckily, Snell would end up being just fine and resumed play in the third quarter.

This wasn't the first big play of the night by the Bucks on Westbrook, as second-year guard Malcolm Brogdon dunked on the reigning NBA Most Valuable Player and stared him down during the second quarter. However, Westbrook would get his revenge in the second half with a monstrous one-handed slam on Bucks center Thon Maker.

The Bucks, who led by as many as 22 points in the first quarter, saw the Thunder crawl all the way back but Milwaukee held on for a huge 97-95 win. Oklahoma City had been red hot as of late and had won six straight contests before tonight.
