During a local basketball camp in his hometown of Athens, Greece, Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo took the opportunity to explain to his local countrymen that his Euro step is not a travel.

The Greak Freak received plenty of criticism over this particular issue throughout the 2018-19 season. His long strides make it difficult for officials to assess whether his Euro step is legal or not. They don't seem to call it though, so maybe it's all good. Nonetheless, there are a lot of amateur refs out there calling out Giannis on Twitter.

Still, at his size, Antetokounmpo's grace and handle with the basketball is mesmerizing to watch. The officials are human beings, too. Perhaps they just lose sight over watching Giannis play.

Antetokounmpo had a dominant 2018-19 campaign — which earned him his first ever Most Valuable Player award — and led Milwaukee to the best regular season record in the league. He averaged 27.7 points, 12.5 rebounds, and 5.9 assists while shooting 57.8 percent from the field, all of which were career-highs.

Unfortunately, his season ended in disappointing fashion after his Bucks dropped four straight losses in the Eastern Conference Finals to the eventual champions, the Toronto Raptors.

Antetokounmpo will look to go back into the lab to refine his game and, perhaps, improve his shooting in hopes of getting the job done in 2019-20.

Before that, however, Antetokounmpo will have some hometown duties to fulfill as he will reportedly suit up for Greece in this year's FIBA World Cup which will commence on August 31 in China.
