Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo will never forget his late father's sacrifices just so he can chase his NBA dream.

The reigning NBA MVP paid homage to his old man, Charles Antetokounmpo, who would have turned 57 today. The Greek Freak shared his love and admiration for the Antetokounmpo patriarch with a touching video tribute.

The heartwarming clip showed old photos of the Antetokounmpo brothers from their humble beginnings in Greece. Aptly playing in the background is J Cole's “Love Yourz”, as the slideshow shifts to the greater heights he and his brothers have reached in recent years.

After encountering visa issues, Giannis Antetokounmpo was finally able to move his family from Athens to Milwaukee in early 2004. Charles, a former football player, was able to witness Giannis blossom into an NBA star before his tragic passing in 2014 due to a heart attack.

While he is no longer with us, Charles' spirit continues to live on through his sons. Aside from Giannis, Charles' two other sons Thanasis and Kostas are also in the league. The youngest of the brood, Alex, is also expected to make it in the coming years.
